Michael...

When a legend walks into the twilight, he leaves behind a legacy which lesser beings strive to deconstruct. They try to see the man through the prism of his greatness. What they see is a flawed genius with a rainbow of hues in his personality. But isn't history replete with flawed geniuses? That's what makes Michael Schumacher one of the biggest enigmas to have graced sport. That's why Formula One fans loved and hated him in equal measure. Of course for the tifosi and for myself he was GOD, who could do nothing wrong.

The final stretch
The horizon beckons,
He was the greatest
The whole world reckons.

P.S. My sincerest apologies to all who feel offended by my attempt to describe The Man with the limited vocabulary I possess. (In all probability an injustice to the Greatness that words fail to describe.)
